Café Lancôme (March 22 - 30, 2025) was a successful, week-long experiential activation hosted at Pause Café, Palms Mall, Lagos, designed to celebrate Mother's Day and strategically reposition Lancôme as a lifestyle-driven, culturally relevant brand by placing the product within the target audience's existing social space. The campaign utilized a comprehensive three-phased approach -Anticipation, Launch, and Momentum -to maximize earned media and drive in-store sales at Essenza Podium.


The strategy leveraged strong visual storytelling and targeted influencer tactics, initiating buzz with a soft launch via Pause Café's social channels and utilizing strategic invites from a curated list of creators and culture shapers. The core execution involved hosting daily small batches of nano-influencers to experience the space, successfully generating persistent FOMO and organic visibility across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring sustained digital chatter throughout the week.


The activation culminated in a high-impact Mother's Day finale, supported by key media coverage and a successful fashion partnership. Ultimately, Café Lancôme transformed the location into a dvnamic content hub and conversation starter. delivering on its dual objectives by securing sustained brand visibility and directly driving product discovery and purchases in-store.
